How it works
- Send the enquiry form below with the pieces, quantities and your delivery city.
- We send you a trade price list and a lead time, usually within two working days.
- We confirm the order, produce it, and ship it boxed or palletised.
Minimum order
Wholesale starts at 30 pieces of the same product. You can mix several products in one order, as long as each product reaches 30 pieces. Below that quantity we sell at retail prices through the online shop.
Payment terms
- We accept direct bank wire transfer and PayPal.
- 50% deposit to start production.
- 50% balance once the full order is ready, before it ships.
- Shipping is invoiced separately from the goods, once the final weight and volume of your order are known.
Shipping
Europe by road: we ship with a transport company we have worked with for years, reliable and used to handling fragile ceramics. Delivery takes 10–15 days after dispatch. There is no online tracking: we give you the driver's phone number so you can reach them directly.
Other destinations: we quote courier, air or sea freight depending on the volume of your order. Air freight with a private shipping company can be arranged on request.
Import duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer. See customs and import charges.
