Shipping policy

Dispatch time

In-stock orders are packed and dispatched from our workshop in Morocco within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order and wholesale orders take longer; we confirm the lead time by email before production starts. Dispatch time is separate from the delivery times below.

Delivery options

Courier with tracking: DHL Express to the USA and Canada, and Express to Europe. Rates are calculated at checkout from your destination and order weight. You receive tracking details by email when the parcel ships.
Standard delivery within Morocco: flat rate shown at checkout.
European road transport (orders of 5 kg and over): with a transport company we have worked with for years. Delivery takes 10-15 days after dispatch. This service has no online tracking: we give you the driver's phone number so you can follow your delivery directly.
Air freight on request: arranged with a private shipping company for larger or bulkier orders. Email fezceramics@gmail.com for a quote.

Customs, duties and import charges

Orders shipped outside Morocco may be charged import duties, taxes and handling fees by the destination country. These are paid by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Packaging and damage

Every piece is hand-wrapped individually and boxed with protective padding. If anything arrives damaged, email photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.
